She is also a former principal with the Australian Ballet.

Geoffrey Lamont Holder, Trinidadian-American actor, and former principal dancer
with the Metropolitan Opera Ballet in New York City from 1955 to 1956,
was born, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, 1930

Tom Parsons, guiding light of alt.arts.ballet, passed away in 2004.

His humour and wisdom are sadly missed.
